You may purchase Meal Tickets by contacting your District Leader, Deloris Davis, or you may pay using your credit/debit card by clicking the buttons below. (There will be a small additional charge to cover online fees.)
The Picnic will be at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 305 S. Halifax Rd., Rocky Mount. NCMcCall’s Barbecue and Seafood will cater the picnic. Food will only be served for one hour, so please arrive at the church promptly.
The auction and business meeting will follow the picnic. Please bring items for the auction.

Worship Service Please plan to worship with your family at the 11:00am church service at
Bethlehem Baptist Church. The church is located at 305 S. Halifax Rd., Rocky Mount, NC.
The Banquet will begin at 1:30 pm at the Double Tree Ballroom located at 200 Gateway Blvd., Rocky Mount.

Family Dues

You may also pay for dues below. All tickets must be purchased in advance by August 11, 2015. Please pay your dues as soon as possible. The money is used to cover the cost of mailings, website fees, deposit for the banquet and the overall expense of the family reunion. The dues are $15.00 per household.

 

Hotel Accommodations

The Double Tree and Comfort Inn both offer a group rate for rooms that are reserved. The hotels are located near each other. Please mention the Hinton/Johnson Family Reunion when making reservations. The rooms are reserved starting on Thursday, August 28, 2014 and departure on Monday, September 1, 2014. The deadline for making reservations is August 1, 2014 for both hotels.
